SocalNOMA x DBIA Presents: SUMMER SOCIAL

SoCAL NOMA's Developing Professionals and the DesignBuild Institute of America's Young Professionals are teaming up again this year to host a summer social!

Building from our successful panel last summer, we now ask “How do you manage different team’s priorities and align expectations on a project?”

Our insightful panel of industry leaders represents each of the primary teams involved in a Design-Build project and they will share insight into what their priorities are, how they can see elements through other teams’ perspectives, the best ways to find a compromise as a team that needs to adjust for the good of the project, or as a moderator between other teams.

They will talk about how to keep a growth mindset and establish a space for constant learning and openness to others on the team.

Whether newer in your career or established, there will be something for you to take away from this presentation and share with your team.

Panelists include:

Angela Perry (Hensel Phelps)
Austin Allen, PE, MBA (A3 Engineering)
Elise McCurley, AIA, LEED GA  (NAC Architecture)
Monica Amalfitano, PE, DBIA, LEED AP (CSU Long Beach)
Nick Holtz, PE, LEED AP (Critchfield Mechanical Inc. of Southern California)

Moderated by:

Diana Hernandez (NAC Architecture)
Kari Stachowiak (Critical Air Technologies)
